SHIPPING POLICY

1. Sale area

Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC can provide product and ship to almost every province in Vietnam. There’s just some kind of product we limit sale area because of warranty service. In another cases, we are pleasure support our customer by our service system.

2. Shipping cost
The cost for shipping that customers have to pay for the shipper

3. Setting cost
The cost have to pay for setting as agreement with Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC and customers. 

4. Term of transferring and shipping
4.1. Term of transferring: The term from the time that customer complete agreements with Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC until the time that Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC complete packing the product to ship to customers. (except for holiday as announcement on website)
4.2. Term of shipping: the necessary time to ship the products from Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC to customers.

5. Shipping condition
Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC only start shipping product once having agreement between Nguyen Phuc Machenic JSC and customer and once receiving the payment from buyer. Please provide exactly information of address and phone number for convenience and security transaction.

6. Packing products
Goods are securely packaged by NGUYEN PHUC MACHENIC JSC to avoid damage during transport. Therefore, when receiving goods, please check the goods with the delivery person before signing the receipt and make a record if there is an unwanted appearance with 3rd party witness to protect your interests. In case you return, send warranty... About NGUYEN PHUC MACHENIC JSC in all forms must pack goods to ensure shock resistance, impact resistance and please contact NGUYEN PHUC MACHENIC JSC to be better served.

7. Procedure for receiving goods

When delivery staff, please check the goods immediately at delivery. If errors are found, please do not accept the goods and notify us via the total: 0946 531 103 for assistance. If the goods are not as described on the web, or the employees are mistaken to stock, they will recall the product and deliver new goods at 100% for you during the 48h work period. Before delivery OF NGUYEN PHUC MACHENIC JSC will contact the customer confirmation.
